All packages heavier than 5 lbs. will be sent by UPS.
Please notify us (pga1@bendnet.com) if package arrives in a damaged state with damaged goods. We will contact the shipper to initiate insurance claims and discuss getting your product to you in an undamaged state. Save box in the state you recieved it so shipping company can send some one to inspect the packaging. |
